To facilitate the process of applying for Temporary Road Closure/Restriction Permit & Temporary No Parking Notice Permits within INDIS’ Estates, tenants are requested to follow the procedure below:

  • The tenant is required to submit a written request by completing the Road Closure/Restriction Permit Application Form that can be obtained by sending an email on [email protected].
  • Applications must be submitted by no later than seven (7) days prior to the requested date.
  • Upon receipt of the application, the INDIS administrator acknowledges the request and processes the request through the respective area manager.
  • Upon receipt of all relevant documents and proof of payment, the No Parking Notice is sent together with the Road Closure/Restriction Permit duly approved by the administrator. The Permit includes date and time which is requested by the tenant.
