If a tenant or emphyteuta wishes to allow a third party to operate from the property held under temporary emphyteusis or lease by INDIS Malta Ltd, a request must be submitted.

Upon receiving necessary approvals from Malta Enterprise and determining that the request aligns with INDIS' policy, INDIS may issue a letter approving permission for the third party to operate.

This approval will be granted in accordance with INDIS’ policies and any other terms, conditions, and processes deemed appropriate by INDIS.
