Attard Industrial Estate

Located on the outskirts of Attard, the Industrial Estate is spread over a total area of around 45,000sqm and comprises small and medium-sized units within a clearly defined perimeter. Tenants currently operating from the industrial estate include furniture makers, steel and iron fabricators, as well as engineering and mechanical service providers, among others.

Attard is a village in the central part of Malta, on the road which from Valletta leads to the old capital of Mdina, which is one of the most frequented tourist attractions in the country. Attard is also home to the residential palace of the President of the Republic of Malta. The gardens annexed to the Palace are open to the public.
