Application

One of our vacancies posted here catches your eye and you submit your application, which should include a detailed CV including qualifications and experience.

Acknowledgement

An email will be sent to you from our People & Culture team, acknowledging receipt of email, and if you match the minimum requirements outlined in the vacancy you will be called in for an interview.

Interviewing Process

In the interview, we'll delve into culture, your experience, and role details. Some positions involve assessments like presentations or case studies, tailored to each role. This offers insight into your potential work. The interviewing team includes potential colleagues, occasionally an external interviewer. Post-interview, expect feedback within a few weeks; unsuccessful candidate records are retained for a year.

Onboarding

On your first day at the office, you will attend an induction session provided by our People & Culture team. During this session, our team will give you all the necessary information about our company and will also be given a copy of our employee handbook.
