Cement Facilities – Call for Applications
INDIS Malta is receiving Requests from operators to operate cement facilities at the Corradino Industrial Estate. The requests shall be in line with the policy and framework outlined in the Policy and Application document.
INDIS will only assess Requests which are administratively compliant and which pass the Due Diligence for Good Standing Test. All Requests attract a non-refundable administrative fee of ten thousand euros (€10,000), net of VAT.

Industrial space at SME Park in Hal Far
INDIS Malta is receiving applications from small and medium enterprises falling under the Business Promotion Act, to be allocated industrial space at a new SME Park being built in Hal Far. With a target completion date in 2024, the new facility will be spread over 14,000 square metres and will provide a total of 30 units – 22 at ground floor level; and eight at first floor level. An underground car park will provide space for 140 cars.
